It supports standard USB/Bluetooth barcode scanners (Honeywell, TVS, Zebra), 2-inch & 3-inch thermal printers (Epson, TVS, Everycom), and electronic weighing scales with zero special driver setup.

You don't need expensive bank sound boxes or separate card machines. You can place any cheap secondary monitor, Android tablet, or old smartphone facing the customer. As items are scanned, the screen displays a live itemized bill and generates a dynamic UPI QR code with the exact total. When the customer pays via GPay, PhonePe, or Paytm, the screen automatically confirms payment and triggers thermal printing.

Your billing counter never stops for even a second. Aplcart POS is engineered with an offline-first architecture. It caches your complete product catalog, barcodes, and pricing in local memory. You can continue scanning, adding discounts, calculating GST, and printing thermal receipts offline. When your internet reconnects, all offline invoices sync quietly to your cloud ledger in the background.

If a customer at the counter realizes they forgot their wallet in their vehicle or wants to fetch another item from an aisle, your cashier can press F5 to 'Hold' their cart into a temporary slot (Cart 2) and immediately start scanning items for the next customer. When the first customer returns, press F5 again to restore their exact cart without re-scanning anything.

Cashiers cannot delete past cash bills, lower item selling rates, or give custom discounts without an owner authorization OTP sent directly to your phone.
